  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Weather-related delivery interruptions
  • Customs or international shipping delays

If your package is lost or delayed, we recommend contacting the carrier directly first. Our support team will also do our best to assist when possible.

8. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  2. Include your order number
  3. Provide photos of the damaged packaging and products

We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.

9. Shipping Restrictions

TomoX reserves the right to:

10. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before shipment processing begins.

Once an order has shipped, cancellations cannot be guaranteed and may instead fall under our Return & Refund Policy.
